got this for my girlfriend for christmas and she loved it. good for the price. wish that small tvs came with higher picture quality but it’s good nonetheless

They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

Hope I never need it but incredible levels of reassurance and confidence if something goes sideways!

Always comes in handy to have the extra protection. Had to use it once and the process was great for a free replacement.
