Geek Squad is an absolute must for any major purchases. I have never had any issue with them honoring their warranty. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family with any issues with our electronics. I highly recommend adding this to any purchase.

Unfortunately, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection plan a time or two and each time it was no hassle got my refund to purchase a new that same transaction. I've always bought a plan on my bigger more expensive products it and it's been well worth it each time I've had to use!

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.

Definitely a no brainer. Electronics break all the time. Protecting your stuff is a smart move

Almost every extended warranty that I’ve ever bought from Best Buy has more than paid for itself. I will continue to use Geek Squad and purchase my expensive electronics at Best Buy.

Great service. The workers were very accommodating.. we accidentally gave the old address TWICE! But service workers were Very understandable and just demonstrated amazing professionalism.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

i always add the extended warranty to large purchases. I had to use it on a large tv years ago and the protection helped a lot

The Geek Squad did a great job safely delivering, installing, and mounting my new LG UHD TV. The set up was fast and they even hauled away my old TV!

Best thing to get as a safe measure to protect a television from Any problem that may arise as a result of factory defect or product damage

Love it love it! When working remotely from home it was so much easier then using a laptop. Love the screen size fit’s perfect on my little desk. I haven’t had any problem’s with it so far.

This purchase was for my grandson who is a college student and need a tv for his room on campus. It is a wonderful fit for the size of his room and for the price it was excellent

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

I've had several scenarios where an item I bought conked out a year and a half after purchase. They were able to just go ahead and swap it out and or give me store credit for what I paid, if they didn't have it in stock.

If this service is offered for a purchase you're making, please consider taking advantage of it. Honestly, it makes things easier if something happens to your product. Worth the few bucks to avoid the hassle or cost of replacement.
