Love the geek squad They are there for you whenever you need them really knowledgeable great bunch of geeks geeks

I have peace of mind with this protection plan. I don't have to worry about costly repairs, or worse, trying to repair something myself considering I am technically challenged. Great item for those of use who just know how to push the on/off button.

What can I say? Always purchase a Protection Plan when spending money on electronics that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. You'll never know when a defect may unexpectedly happen.

I haven't used jt yet. But is nice to k ow the Geek Squad us there to help anytime. :)

So far so good on this TV but it has come in handy in the past. Had parts replaced for another TV and a HiSense TV replaced with a similar Samsung model because Hisense parts discontinued

I always purchase the geek squad plans, I whole-heartedly believe they are the only way to protect your products when purchasing at best buy. I would never purchase electronics from anywhere else solely because of the protection plans they offer.

I couldn’t be more happy with the geek squad warranty.

It was really easy to install. They emailed me the warranty.

The two year plan was priced at a good rate. I feel this was a great buy.

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Definitely would recommend to anybody who buys any tv. It will save money in the long room

When you buy a large ticket item for your new home its always good to protect your purchase

Haven't had to use it yet. But it gives me peace of mind to use my two OLED TV's without any worry.

They have a good service ,protection and very well knowledge. I recomend to buy the extended warranty .

We brought the TV home and set it up ourselves. Had no problem at all. Did not use GeekSquad but will if we have any problems.

If you buy any items, you better get protection for what you buy. Get geeks squad for the protection and relax.

Hopefully never have to use the warranty but it was worth the extra cost.

I haven't had to use it yet but am happy to know that I won't have to lug my 65" TV in for repair if needed. Best buy will come to my place! I like the fact that power surges are covered.

Very worth it for any issues that may occur and as well they full refund it if you decide to return the product!
