The tv that this protection came along is still going strong so never had to use this. However, I guess it's worth five stars for taking away any need to worry about the tv not working.

Extra coverage is definitely well worth it especially if coverage for something like electronics.

If I didn’t have a warranty on my 1st television, I would’ve been out of my money and the tv. It died out, don’t know why. Thanks to the protection plan, which I’ll renewal before it expires, I was able to get another tv.

Always have protection on your large purchases. My last tv when out two weeks before my extended warranty expired. I got lucky. Spend the extra money and save yourself the headache.

I would never purchase anything without a protection plan. Anything can go wroung and with the plan you have no worries.

All warranties are the same. They say they’re a five year but they’re actually only a four year the first year you have to go through the manufacturer.

I don't really know what to say about the warrantee program because I haven't had to use it. I have been buying products from Best Buy for business applications and have had great success.

I usually don’t purchase warranties but with a tv this big I wanted to make sure it’s covered. You never know. Very affordable.

This protection pays forr itself, if anything gos wrong in 2 yrars simply bring it back.

I was happy I bought this protection plan on my DVD player. It was having problems reading disks, I took it in and it was replaced right then and there after almost an entire year. It was the first time I had bought protection and Im SO glad I ddi.

I have not had to use it yet, but for the price and duration of coverage, this is a must. Lower price point than plans I reviewed from competitors.

A must have for your electronics, covers most problems you would have with your items, geek squad is super helpful and easy to use

Always purchase the 5 year support for company related items and only had to use it once but it experience was great and would recommend.

We have always purchased the Geek Squad protection and had to only use them once for an appliance issue. No issues what so ever. Ease your mind and get the protection.

Well worth the cost! We have used it several times already. From new hard drive installs to virus problems to just can’t get things right problems. They have solved them all.
