Protection plan is overall not bad. Doesn't cover everything though

I purchased this protection for my Vizio TV and I hope I never use it. It's very versatile that you don't have to worry about lugging your tv to a repair shop if it needs service.

Great plan if it breaks lasts a long time and they have varieties.

They are great. I have never had an issue with repair or workers.

Good service easy going people quick to respond gave me the info I needed

I know the Geek Squad is a great addition to Best Buy, I purchased the Warranty, because I trust both Best Buy, and Geek Squad.

Purchased this to go with our new home office printer and I hope I don't need to use it but good insurance if the unit fails and we need it replaced. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't actually ever had to use one of these protection policies so I don't know if there will be any kind of hassle in actually doing so.

bring in any electronic and they’ll try to troubleshoot your problem. 100% worth it

The Geek squad warranty is a must have. Any issue I had with my TV was resolved right away no issues. The customer service representative was willing to help and very friendly.

If your going to invest a few thousand on a really great 75” tv get the 5 year warranty because my last tv only had a 2 year warranty and died 2 months after the warranty ended.

My wife and I enjoy using the geek squad they’re very knowledgeable and very precise and the information of The products!

I bought 5 year geek squad protection for our lg smart tv. We will be moving soon and I know the movers has a liability insurance but I know they don’t cover some of the repairs.

Have thankfully, not had to use this protection plan, but with the size of the purchase and TV, the knowledge that Best Buy will fully replace the TV with an existing or newer model TV, within the coverage period, made this a worthwhile additional purchase.

We hopefully wont have to use but we are happy to of got it with new TV. It covers a lot.
