    Geek Squad has a lot of benefits but sometimes it doesn't go far enough

    Geek squad does do a great job at repairs. However trying to get ahold of someone and get something lined up is impossible at times. As long as you are patient they are a great addition to your purchase

    The computer worked fine and several months into having it… it started to work really slow… mind you I don’t be on the computer much as I use my phone most of the time.. the sound even went out, so I’m not really happy with this item

    This is a great TV but I definitely will say that the TV is lagging and it stalls out and freezes sometimes to the point where I have to unplug my tv. It becomes slow and idk why.

    Prompt in fixing my computer. I gave everything I had including accessories but did not receive back. Had to talk to upper management to get my battery plug replaced.

    This insurance is no good a waste of money i bought this insurance for my tv and my 55in hiensen the tv last for 2yrs n 2 months and the insurance and when the insurance ended the tv life ended the tv dead now i have no tv and paid for insurance and i reach out to get help from best buy and they told me to Pay $99to get my tv fix and i agreed to it but best buy geek team cancel on me the same morning the was suppose to come sayings they cant look at my tv r fix unless i buy another ins for 199.99 this is so wrong and then i will still have to pay to get the tv fix just so wrong how they do hard working people

    first off they didnt come to the house. they wanted me to take it to the store. we have a car and i paid for them to come and fix it. not me take it there. there was an issue with hdmi's switching on their own. the power would radomly switch off. the screen would go blank. we switched hdmi cables and stuff. i called multiple times about the issue. there thing was for me to take it in. i paid this extra money to not have to. how is it my fault that you didnt have employees. i understand this may be harsh but we just moved into a new home and had to be iunconvienced by this. anyways. the tv is basically crap and i didnt take it in. but i think i should get a refund because they didn't and wouldn't come as i paid for then to do.

    Geek Squad Rip Off

    I brought a 55’ tv on March of 2020. I add the protection plan and the tv stopped working. It took a tech person 3 weeks to come look at it and determine it could not be fixed. Finally the tech person says the tv will be replaced. 3 weeks later I’m finding out they are not going to replace the tv and I’m just out of luck. What’s the point of buying the protection plan if I can’t get my tv replaced. It’s not my fault the tv can’t be replaced.

    The warranty ended without a reminder to renew…and immediately the tv stopped working!!! Almost like the software is programmed that way.

    Since we brought the tv for a family member and it was a brand we haven't heard of we got the extra warranty. Hopefully if needed it'll be great.
