USELESS!!

As soon as I got home and turned it on, I noticed it had a grey blotch on TV. I called the support services, they sent out a guy from LG who looked at it and said "get a new TV." I call Best Buy asking for them to please come and replace it. I am 100 lbs and live alone. I can't carry a 50" TV to you guys. They said NO. WHAT did I pay the extra money for geek squad for?? Now I'm stuck with a defective TV that I just bought. USELESS and your customer service sucks.

If so, I give them three stars because of the fact that they don’t assist more with damaged goods they deliver. Dented fridge door. They take pictures but don’t take it any further. I need to call in. For a garage fridge, it’s not worth my time.

Won't replace/cover a broken TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got a new TV and the sales person asked if we wanted to get the geek squad protection on it. We asked if it would cover damages to the TV that happened at home seeing as we have 2 raudy dogs and they bump into things constantly. The sales person said that it would cover that, so we got the plan. Low and behold today we went to get it replaced or at least fixed because the dogs bumped into it and broke the screen and whatever other board is in the TV. However we were told that the plan doesn't cover that kind of damages so we are mad on 2 fronts here. 1, that the sales person lied right to our faces and 2, that they cant do anything to help us. I went and read the terms and conditions to see what they said and we needed a GSP R plan not the standard GSP plan, that was never discussed and if we said that it could possibly be damaged wouldn't we want the plan that would cover/replace the TV. The TV was great, the BS wasn't.
