Doesn't replace the TV if there is an issue.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a wast protection for the TV. We can basically get the TV assembled and installed ourselves. If your TV has any problem this protection plan just allows you to drop off your TV at a Best Buy but doesn't instantly replaces it with another TV unlike all other protection plans. This plan requires to send the TV to manufacturing facility of the provider and gets it repaired which can usually take about 6-8 weeks. Until that time you will not have a TV :(

Insurance worth $0.00
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought insurance , and I had thought I covered all the bases most importantly “accidental damages physical”. Well no sooner do I buy my tv than I have an “accident” where the screen cracks. I go to the best buy where I bought the tv and am very disappointed to hear that there was nothing that could be done the insurance does NOT cover physical damage. I think the sales associates should have told me that when I bought the insurance or they could tell people buying TVs that there isn’t an insurance that covers damaged screens.

No TV at home

This is the worst service ever.

They do not keep their word they do not deliver on time they do not notify you and they up charge telling you that your product is no longer available or that it’s now more expensive than when you ordered it. They do not replace the item on time and they do not call you or notify you by email to let you know. I spent an entire day off waiting

Geek Squad inaccessible/useless

I finally found my answer on an Australian website. “Tech Support” all with poor grasp of English language, apparently virtually no product training. Phone hold times of greater than 45 minutes followed by disconnects. Unable to reach any actual “Geek Squad” in-store employees with multiple attempts over period of one week before I gave up. Will never buy another product from Best Buy.

WASTE OF MONEY

I recently purchased a 55” tv and the stands were missing from the box, the tv screen broke and my warranty covers basically everything BUT NOT SCREEN DAMAGE! It doesn’t cover the tv screen at all, that’s the most important part to have coverage!!! TOTALLY USELESS!!!!

Don’t Buy !!

Geek Squad is great with other items , but my tv fell no physical damage other than the screen was showing colors when it came back on and they refused to fix it . I had to purchase a new tv .

Extended Warranty

They should call 1 year warranty because the manufactured doesn't count, they representative told me nothing we can do, pretty much i have to buy a new tv. Worthless

Straight up liars!
