    Bad Customer service from Geek Squad

    Not worth it, they didnt even fix broken TV. They kept telling me to go to MFG even though warranty was expired. No help and support from Geek squad to tc of my issue.

    I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE GEEK SQUAD WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY! I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY TV, AND GEEK SQUAD COULDN’T HELP ME AT ALL! WHAT’S THE USE OF HAVING IT AND CAN’T USE IT! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!

    Purchased with 2 year warranty. Best Buy refused to honor or refund the warranty. Online help, telephone assistance, and in store Geek Squad all had different answers. Don't waste your money.

    Protection would be good if it covered the tv now that it’s not working, 2 years and 3 months after purchase.

    They didn’t come out to look at what was wrong they told me that the hdmi port wasn’t covered with the warranty. I don’t know why I got the warranty if it does nothing

    I did not cancel my membership neither was a refund provided to me on this!!! Why was it cancelled and why does Best Buy always cancel memberships that have not been requested to be canceled?!
