I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.

Always offers a quick response. Purchased a new TV an elderly family member and I couldn't be there to help. The squad walked her through the issue.

If you can, I recommend getting Geek Squad protection on electronics such as tv's. A few years ago, I purchased a smart tv for my son and had it for about a year before it completely went kaputt. It always had issues toggling properly through the apps and would sometimes take ten minutes switching from one app to the other. Luckily, I did purchase Geek Squad protection and was able to get another tv since there was no way of fixing that one. We went with a different brand and have had no issues since.

Love that Firefox is in the system and I don't have to use my firestick. Sound is great. Picture is great. No compalints. I would buy it again.

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

We have worked with the Geek Squad for a past TV issue. It was really easy and issued was resolved I would recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection

I HAVE USED THE GEEK SQUAD A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED TO FIX WHAT WAS NEEDED.

Would buy again. Treated nicely and fair replacement value.

The geek squad plan is amazing if they cannot fix your item they will replace it.

Hopefully I would not have to need them for anything with my TV but I wouldn't recommend this product yes

Great service. Had an extended warranty for my tv and had to use it. The process was easy to take care of the problem. They replaced my old tv and installed the new one . They took away the old tv, cleaned up after installing the new tv and were very professional . I would strongly recommend purchasing an extended warranty. I was very happy with the process and the prompt service.

5 year service plan awesome price $249 and glad I haven't had to use it

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

Ive not ever had to use. The technicians are definitely full of great advice. Ready for any challenge given.
