I got this tv as a result oh my geek squad protection on my LG tv. I have bought the protection in the past and they stand by the agreement 100%

I got burned (pun intended) with my Sony A1E OLED with a couple burn ins in just owning it for 2 and a half years and didn’t have coverage. Upgraded to the LG GX OLED for my new XBOX Series X console and couldn’t be happier. I now have peace of mind knowing Geek Squad will protect from burn ins. I have used Geek Squad in the past for a product and the service is the best. No haggle or hassle. If you purchase a OLED tv I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy along with the geek squad protection. I purchased the 5 year plan. The cost was fair.

Worth every penny for peace of mind at a good price

In the cases where a device fails this is invaluable. Recently a TV lost the backlight and I ended up with a new TV. They replaced the TV and even refunded the unused portion of my Geek Squad protection.

Geek Squad Techs were efficient and polite. Helped me with any questions I had while they were replacing the TV on the wall would recommend this service highly

I can always count on bestbuys protection plan to take care of my devices. Ive used it a few times on other products and man, that small fee is worth it!

Hopefully we never have to use it, but in the past this service was well worth it.

Geek squad protection is absolutely worth the price.

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

Very good service, and often done in a day or so depending on the type of product.

When I need them they are there and I’m happy after their done doing their jobs.

I have quite a few 5-year warranties I'm so far I will say that they have done me pretty good. My LG C1 had issues they came and fixed it no problem. I also have it for my 65-inch LG C3 and an 48-Inch LG B4. I hope to not have to use it and I hope that if I do have to but I won't have any problems. So as for now it's a four-star rating

We purchased this extended warranty because my dad has recently been having issues with his Samsung TV. The TV itself is really good until it glitched out at less than four months. The Samsung rep gave me the option of having their subcontracted serviceman or Geek squad handle it and I chose Geek Squad thinking it would be faster. Turns out it was but the person who set up and scheduled did not diagnose the problem correctly and therefore ordered the wrong part. I decided to keep having Geek Squad reschedule to fix but decided to try to see if Samsung could get it done earlier but when Samsung scheduled the service call, the company and number given were unreachable by phone and I couldn’t find them listed in Hawaii so I cancelled it and will look forward to next weekend when Geek Squad will return.

So far so good. Always glad to have this service available for large appliance or electronics purchases
