Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

Always make sure you purchase these Geek Squad plans when investing in electronics. Best Buy does a great job taking care of their members when you have issues with your products. I always purchase the protection plans from Geek Squad. I haven't had to use it for this item, but over the years I have used them several times and never had an issue. Multiple times items have had to be replace, I always ended up with a newer and better product. This is a good on investment if you plan on having your item for awhile.

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

Get the protection! You wont regret it, and it can sace you money in the long run!

I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

Purchasing the stuff gives me this good state that I would be taken care of if anything should happen. It makes me not to worry too much. Life is already stressful to be thinking about this kind of thing

I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

Geek Squad protection plans are affordable and give me that extra peace of mind with my Best Buy purchases. I am free to thoroughly enjoy my products without any worry, and I know that should anything unexpectedly go wrong with any of them, Geek Squad will keep me smiling and glad that I bought their protection. Worth every penny.

Always recommend protections plans from Best Buy! They’ve helped me big time after a few years

After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.
