So happy I purchased this but I don’t think I’ll need it

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!

Highly recommend taking policy out on flatscreen purchases that are several hundred dollars or more...may not need to use the contract but gives you piece of mind. If sets break repair costs are inevitably high so contract is with it. Had to use mine a month before the 5 year expired and it was honored. Set fixed and good as new. Worth the money.

The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

Havent had to use it. Hopefully I never do. Its good to have some protection for mass produced chromebooks that your kid has to have for school

It’s a option that I purchased in addition to the TV. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use the warranty yet.

My son is not the easiest on equipment and there really needs the protection

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Have no reason to use them yet. But I’m sure if and when I need their service they will be well knowledgeable

I have had overall luck with the service for the past items I've purchased in the past. Most times they provided a box to ship back the defective product and they send a replacement quickly. The only time I needed to go to the local store was to move data from an old PC to a new PC. The staff was pleasant overall, however needed to get the supervisor involved to cover the data transfer per the agreement of the plan since the team member was new and unfamiliar with the plan.

T. Works great connection to all my systems sounds a little low

Really nice for gaming and anything else I say any want looking for monitor or something similar this is the best.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies. It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind.

Hopefully we wont have to use it. But price was decent and worth a little extra.
