With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

I’ve found it necessary to use one - service was excellent and Best Buy honored all requirements with no issues. Great service!

some people believe that if you buy warranty that something will go wrong with a product buy in the long run its woth every penney because lets say you buy a tv and add warrantty for $100 more for 5 years and if anything is wrong with the tv they will basically give you a free tv because to repair it cost more money for them

Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

It’s worth it to get protection for my tv if anything were to happen

Usually never get the protection plan until my Samsung went out after 6 months. Reason we got a Sony and protection

I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

I like my laptop is fast and is great but I still got to work on it because I have forgotten my computer skills so I have to get back to it but it's very great I like it

I have been dealing with Best Buy for over 15 years. I always purchase their Geek Squad protection plan if it is offered, regardless of what I purchased. I remember all too well the high cost of simple fixes on my computers before I became aware of Best Buy's Geek Squad. They will save you loads of money, believe me.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Geek squad is good. Nice on time support which was carried out by experts

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

The agents handle my TV magnificently they took it out of the box and plugged everything in for me

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

I always get the extra warranty for all my electronics, We bought a 55in Sharp back in 2012 after 4 years the LED panel blew out and I had the 5 year extended warranty, The TV was not only replaced I was given full credit for the old TV and was able to upgrade to the newest model for only a few more dollars.
