very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!

So far my expert with geek squad has been ok, I haven’t had any issue with getting things repaired and fixed.

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !
