When I bought my first television from Best Buy, I purchased the geek squad protection. Thankfully, I did, as my television had problems. Upon examination of the product, I was able to get a new television under the protection. Best Buy was very helpful and honored the protection purchased by me for the television. It was a positive experience. I have since bought many more different products and always purchase the geek squad protection. It is well worth the extra money to have peace of mind. They are the best!!

Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.

Doesn't matter what the issue is, Best Buy is always there to fix it or replace the item. I got this with my mom's Samsung TV and there was a dark cloud spot on the screen. Samsung refused to fix it it. They said it was "tolerable for them." I called Best Buy and emailed them the pictures. They told me to bring the TV in and they exchanged it.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

After spending over a grand on a 55 inch Sony Oled tv, the 5 year protection is a MUST HAVE for added peace of mind. This gives you an additional 4 years after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires. To me, this was a "no brainer" and since the TV was on sale with 900 dollars off the MSRP, the 5 year plan even cost me less.

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

I have not had to use this service yet and hope that I won't need to. Bought it 'just in case'. And because I haven't used Geek Squad (so I can't actually give an accurate star rating) I gave it 4 stars in hopes that if I have to use it, they will measure up to at least a 4, but hopefully will be a 5.

Very professional team installed my TV and took away the old one. All my questions were answered,

Very helpful whenever I had an Issue and called ! Would strongly recommend using Geek Squad , especially if your not technical savvy!

The fact that the Geek Squad plan covers so much for so long and the cost is so little for what its worth, it would be crazy not to purchase this deal! 5 years > 2 years the payment comparison will tell you all you need to know!
