Good old geek squad protection! Mostly am pleased with the support at best buy locations. Of course, it can vary from store to store, like any business. No support network is perfect, but it is nice to have this to backup your devices!

I highly recommend purchasing an additional five year warranty with any tv just in case.

Great picture and sound. Easy setup. The 4K has good detail and color. The TV is was easy to wall mount because of its low weight
