If I didn't have this protection I would have had to return my television to the manufacturer,instead of getting a in store credit that same day.

I bought the warranty plan so just crossing my fingers I never have to use it but feels nice to have an extra warranty on my tv for 2 years.

The best warranty out there and why use Best Buy. I have always been able to get what I needed

Bought the full protection plan for Sony 78 inch large screen 4K model. The technology is pretty new and this provides some security for the large investment.

I have not yet had any issues but just knowing that I purchased the protection plan is a huge piece of mind!!!!

Geek squad are very friendly and service is excellent. They were very patient with all my questions.

All ok so far with this purchase, but I am always somewhat suspect of subscription services that renew automatically without feedback.
