This was well worth the price... we had a lightning strike, a few months after we purchased the TV and they ordered and replaced the Mainboard within two weeks. Works great now.

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

We hope to not have to use this service but is nice to have it available. We feel like it will be good protection on the procduct and good comfort to know we have it.

I’m elderly and not good with computers so it absolutely pays me to have help,ALOT. The Geeksquad is available anytime, their nice, patient, understanding and very helpful. I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Probably the best protection plan out here. Every chance I get I try to get one. Best plan I seen so far , I think if you are buying anything at Best Buy you have to get the plan

The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges
