Wanted the 55”, but due to covid it was limited in My area. The 65” is slightly too big for my liking

Needed this just in case and used it too thank you

I haven't had to use this service yet. I am glad I bought it though to protect my purchase. for the price it is definitely worth it with kids and dogs running around.

Always purchase extra warranty that must be a rule of thumb. Anything above $100 could hurt you to replace.

Must have if you have pets and children in the house or a big kid like say you husband thats so happy to get a 55in tv

Protected in case there is an issue! Peace of mind is worth the price!

Protection for television is always a must for any major purchase… I would recommend to get this protection so you don't have to worry about what you purchased…

We've had no problems when contacting the Geek Squad about our protection plan that they offered to us.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I highly recommend using the Geek Squad to set up your electronics. They are experts and make it convenient for you.

We always try to purchase the Geek Squad protection for all our purchases. We feel better that our products are covered against more incidents other than factory limited warranties.

The geek squad service contracts are great to have on big ticket items...
