After killing an 11 day old computer with a coffee spill I wouldn’t be without it. Then there was a particularly frigid day without gloves and as I was on my way to see my GEEKS my freezing fingers dropped my computer on the corner and cracked it. They put a new ‘skin’ on it. I’m sure I’ll make use of my protection on my new computer too. I seem to have karma with electronics.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Geek squad is the best thing to have on your merchandise when you purchase anything from the store they are the number one when it comes down to take care of fixing merchandise so make sure you purchase a merchandise get that warranty with geek squad

good tv didn't put it together left the box didn't do anything

I have exchanged tjings that was damaged and lost. They honored the protection plan and i got a new replacement.

I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)
