Never have used a protection before, but this time it paid off, and everyone we worked with were excellent.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Love Geek squad there amazing! They are good at what they do.

Worth it, no matter what product you purchase. Best buy is the only one who covers burn-in.

peace of mind on the things you spend a ton of money on, never be sorry you got it if it is a bigger ticket item, the support and expertise of the Geek Squad is fantastic, always helpful, even if I ask dumb questions, lol, they treat you with respect.

Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

Fortunately we have not had to use the geek squad warranty on our new TV. The TV is up in northern Wisconsin so next summer will be when it gets the major use. Got the warrantee is I have had experience with receivers and not getting the warranty. Not so good.

Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

Very good smart TV. I’m happy. I had LG tv before but not smart and this one is a lot better.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Good warranty for the price , recommend buy a warranty cheap

He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

Protection is definitely a necessity and Best Buy is elite and stand behind their sales 100% highly recommended you cant go wrong they offer the best protection for your money vs any other store.....

Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.

best plan you can buy. Trust me with the way electonics are made now with their useful shelf lives, its best to have extra protection. you will need it
