I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Bought this along with our new Toshiba tv, can’t hurt to have extra protection on you electronics

Love geek squad warranties.Anytime I have a issue with a product I'm able to return it to the store and the customer service rep returns the items for me.

The warranty was reasonable. Although I have not had to use it, this will definitely be helpful if something happens.

I purchased this TV and when I got it home and set it up there was an issue with the picture. Called and representative told me to bring it back and the would exchange it. The next day I got a new TV and they even checked to make sure everything was okay with it before I left the store.

We bought the tv home and hooked it up our self. Discovered a line going down the screen.

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

Staff is mix of good and best. Overall experience was nice whenever I visited the Best Buy store.

I love the fact I can just come in and get a replacement no deductible no monthly. Just get a new one no questions asked.

I expect the protection that I have on my TV will also be as excellent as the service I received on the installation.
