Great value for extended warranty haven’t needed for this tv. But I have had great experiences with the Geek squad on other items

I buy all my electronics from best buy. They have great customer service and the best products

due to the impending circumstances that happen on a daily life - it is always good to be safe - I have had issues in the past and if it was not for me having this extra protection - I would be in sad shape - I always get the protection even if I keep the item for 10 years - it may happen down the line

Highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection, generally I do not ever purchase the “extended “ warranty. I did on a large TV purchase, the TV died just out of the manufacturer’s warranty period. I was given a new one.

The representative offered it and explains why should i get it but did not push me for it.

When you buy a TV or and appliances you need the five year warranty deals for just in case

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

Do t know yet haven’t had to use it the item is brand new so hopefully won’t have to for awhile

The warranty is a good option but the product could have been better

Set up was easy. Sound is great. Picture is really nice. Upgraded from 55' to 65' and my games lol fabulous on it.

I have not needed to use it yet but it sure is nice to know I'm covered if anything happens to my new purchase.

Great service I should have got this before my first tv suddenly stopped working repairing was more money so I decided to buy new with geek squad now I am much satisfied geek squad have my back if any issue comes with tv

For approx. $20, you are fully covered just in case there are problems with the Geek Squad......

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

Unfortunately I had no need to use the geek squad during the 2 year warranty, however I'm sure if I had they would've been great.

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

I always purchase the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection. The first time you use it, if need, it pays for itself. It nice having peace of mind knowing that your product is protected beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
