I decide to purchase the extended warranty because my previous TV only lasted 3 years. This warranty is for 5 years so I felt it was worth the cost.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

Always get a geek squad warranty on my electronics, minus the TV, I don’t believe it’s worth it, but as far as controllers goes, all day.
