This is another item that’s a must. We’ve used the Geek Squad a time or two and couldn’t imagine life without it, they haven’t failed us yet!

I think this is great protection!! I usually don’t buy extra protection, but this has such a low price for five extra years that I had to buy it!!

For the most part, I have been happy with the extended warranty that comes with my purchases. I also have the Total Tech plans and add this 5-year plan for a 65" Samsung!

As I have mentioned in my review before I absolutely love my Geek Squad! I highly recommend it, especially on electronics and other products it’s offered on! It’s Amazing

So glad we know we have a minimum of five years of zero problems with our new TV. The cost was minimal being less than Squaretrade would have been when purchased with the Geek Squad installation, and better coverage. Thank you Best Buy!

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Don't take a chance on your TV not breaking, get a Geek Squad Warranty . I've used mine , and they take care of your problem. Your don't need to worry about it.

I recommend to everybody whenever you have the option to get a warranty from Best Buy, get it because you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get it.

I always buy these warranties but I have never used them once. I guess that in my case I can only say that the promise of the warranty is great, I just cannot comment on the delivery of such promise because so far I have never need it to use it.

I always buy warranties from Best Buy. They make my life a lot easier if an accident happens.

This is a great $ saving program for those of us who are tech challenged. Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.

When you buy a product from best buy you should buy the geek squad warranty, It is very useful especially if your product stops working for some unknown reason you can take it back and they will either fix it or replace it.

I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.
