We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Never can have enough extended warranty for electronics

Hope we never have to use it. Normally I don't purchase a warranty. Have never owned a T. V. like this so I figured the warranty might be a good idea

Absolute garbage OS. Won’t connect using Ethernet using a 1Gbps fiber connection. Won’t stay connected on Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Can’t login using TV or app. Won’t update apps because they’re not installed but they’re also installed by default? Can’t add tv as a device because my email is already registered to the device? Replacing with Sony. $4.5k piece of garbage.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

Take computer, mobiles, or report tv issues. They are knowledgeable about technology. Very happy with their services

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.
