Had a issue with previous purchased tv. Returned to store. Determined value was not worth repair. Received full credit purchase price towards a new TV. Will include geek squad for all my big purchases.

I hope this TV lasts longer in the other one I purchase just over a year ago

The employee could not provide a pamphlet and specifics on the warranty coverage. She just kept saying "we don't protect for product damage" meaning if we drop it, we deal with it. We were more interested in true coverage details and purchased without true knowledge of what all is protected like surge protection, damaged power cord, and internal issues like computer chip for Smart features. In part, insurance used to require documentation of coverage and exclusions, but they had absolutely nothing in writing.

Perfect tv mount and good adjustability. Do buy this for perfect tilt and motion.

When I make a larger purchase, I want to be sure that the product is covered but the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. It is worth it to me in case something goes wrong with a product.

Hope I never need it but know I can count on Best Buy Heek Squad if I ever have a problem

Haven't had any issues to have Geek squad intervene but thankful I have them on deck just in case

I recently purchased a Samsung 65" LED 1080 P Smart TV on an Open Box special. Someone brought it back because it didn't fit, but it was perfect for my needs. Additionally I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan because 1) The TV is on a lot, and 2) It would cost a lot to get it fixed. So I thought this would be a prudent expense.

I always get geek squad when I buy items at Best Buy! Very easy to use and they are quick!

It covers quiet a few issues and considering I was buying a brand I didnt have earlier, this will come in handy.

This purchase has given me peace of mind. They helped with questions I had with the setup of my TV and will be available for troubleshooting and repair long after the TV warranty has expired.

Great value for a extended warranty to go along with the warranty that already comes with the TV which is already great. There is always a need for a little extra protection

The Best Buy protection plan is a must have item when purchasing anything major . In life we know that things seem to break down after a few years and Best buy GS plans are great to have when your 1 year warranty has ended. it will replace or replace
