I purchased the geek squad protection plan just in case something goes wrong with my TV. You never know! And it's great knowing I have this protection even after the manufacturer's warranty runs out.

Geek squad protection is well worth the money when buying expensive TV After spending 2or 3 k. Last thing you want is a problem

The remote ability to fix my TV and the in house installation as well as previous visits in store with computer ended up with all fixes with courteous, professional and timely service.

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.

Bought an OLED C1 so this was a no question you could never be to safe and best buy has always been a trusted service!
