Paid off big.. Bought a really expensive TV so figured we would get a warranty. With in a year we had the TV go out.. They came out and fixed it no charge.

I haven't had to use it yet, its been over a year. I always get added protection, just in case.

Never no when you might need something fixed. Great addition to add for the price. Geek Squad is always great.

The Geek Squard Warranty is great. I had a tv under the Greek Squard and it went out iaftet 4 1/2 years and they replaced the tv. That is with no grestions asked.

This is a great service for the person who is not tech savvy to have.

Bought this with an open box Samsung. Luckily haven't needed to use it and hopefully won't need to.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I always buy extended warranty to all of my expensive technology. this will definitely cover for the next five years!

Uh yeah she’s not the most detail oriented person and that might be her only shortcoming so yes I’ll take that warranty please.

This Geek Squad is just an additional warrantee. You don’t know what could happen. If it happens, then you’re covered. If it doesn’t happen, then you’re still on the good side.
