We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

Used mine on a floor Model tv Turns out it had an issue that rebooted it every 30 min. Was totally worth it

Geek squad is very good for yout warranty there very fast to get your product fix if they can't fix they will give you a store credit to purchase anything in bestbuy store

Great service-I always get this with my purchases. I’ve NEVER had an issue. They even gave me credit on an item that was discontinued but still within warranty-wow!

Repairs or replacement you dont have to worry for a long time with this buy. If you have the money for it, why not! Esp since newer appliances don't seem to last now a day.

I actually worked at bestbuy years ago and protection plans were a hard sell, they are extremely expensive and rarely used, but as an ex employee i also saw customers come in and buy their dream TV just to have a storm pop it a week later, or the most memorable story was a child pouring juice all over a tv as the mom was unpacking it. It’s a sad conversation to have when you know someone has been saving for something and it’s gone in seconds and theirs really nothing you can do. It’s like buying your dream car, wrecking it and taking it back to the dealer and asking for another.... I HATE BUYIJG PROTECTION PLANS but I do it every time now. One day one of these plans is going to pay for all of the plans I’ve ever bought.
