This tv is massive and the picture quality is Devine. This tv is perfect! It barely fit in my car! But it’s perfect!

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I’m elderly and not good with computers so it absolutely pays me to have help,ALOT. The Geeksquad is available anytime, their nice, patient, understanding and very helpful. BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.

Reliable an necessary peace of mind electronics are expensive to repair

They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.

Beautiful tv. I'm loving it. Easy to navigate. Would recommend!

They have me covered if i ever have a problem. Its nice to have someone to come out and make repairs if ever needed. I recommend get the extra geek squad protection you wont be dissapointed.

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

Tv is working well woth a great picture. Love the google format and all the channels it provides
