Bought a 83” lg oled, so I wanted to be protected for the 5 years in case anything happened.

Hopefully I don't have to use it but I had to get the warranty just in case

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

As for my new TV purchase I didn't get the Manual book with info on this item: as where I can see Manufacturers info with serial number, date made and etc. info. Advice me with that. please.

As long as when my tv breaks they repair or replace it this service is worth it with 3 small kids, i already lost 2 tvs to these gremlins.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has saved my a** several times in the past. My older TV was failing and I got 100% of the value to apply to a new TV. Paid for itself several times over.

I geek squad team is amazing if you ever have any issues with any products you buy from BestBuy and they other there protection I strongly suggest getting it!

Great piece of mind knowing if anything goes awry with this TV they will come out to my home and repair it. Good thing, 'cause it's heavy and I'm no spring chicken anymore. Worth every penny!

Geek Squad initial service call was set up for us while we were in the store - two techs came out - I had already set up and configured the video and audio on my TV and soundbar, so they did not have much to do, other than check over all the settings - so far, service has been good

They did an incredible job mounting my tv ans were helpful how to set up. I will use them again

It was so worth it!!! Towards the end of my plan, believe it or not, my tv went out a month before it expired and got me a new TV.

The protection was easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it.

Really gives you peace of mind and Best Buy people always so helpful and nice
