Had an issue with my tv, geek squad came and said I deserve a replacement tv and it was clear defect. Came to my house and made things very simple.

Great customer service. Geek squad fixed and my issue and made suggestions on another product that wasn't in the equation. So I got double help.

Nice to know if anything goes wrong they will replace the tv. Except crack screen.
