Bought a protection plan and so far great customer service

I have purchased televisions from Best Buy on several occasions and have always obtained the extended warranty offered by the geek squad. It is a great insurance program to ensure that your electronics me expectations and can be replaced if need be.

I highly recommend you get protection for expensive electronics. Had to use geek squad protection after 65 inch 4k tv purchase, and worked flawlessly. No questions asked. Product exchange after 2 month purchase, because of lemon product.

The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

I would recommend Geek squad warranties on anything expensive. a few hundred dollars saved me over a thousand dollars in replacement costs.

I purchased the warranty on my new smart fire tv so I will have no worries if TV stops showing picture etc.

Every time I buy any electrical equipment like TV's, Computers, etc. I always purchase the geek squad extended warranty, they are efficient in solving any issues you may have.

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

Have not needed to use them but I have seen their vehicles on the road a lot and ads.
