    Well when i called for my tv repair, they had me call the manufacturer before they would do anything. Kinda defeats the purpose since the item had a year manufacturer warranty and i bought this for i think 2 years.

    I've been in IT in several countries for 25 years, Geek Squad is really not worth anything, I paid extra for it, had the tv sitting in the box, when I went to put it up the screen had a crack in it, Geek squad doesn't cover that so now its a boat anchor. Waste of time don't bother, get your teenage relative to fix it, just as talented more than likely.

    I JUST FOUND OUT THEY COULD OF MOUNTED MY TV,,, SALES PEOPLE NEVER TOLD ME THAT I DID IT MYSELF,,, WHAT A RIPOFF THEY SELL THE XTRA PROTECTION BUT THE DON'T TELL YOU WHAT THEY OFFER,,AND CAN DO ,,GUESS YOU LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE..ASK QUESTIONS CAUSE THE SALES PEOPLE DON'T KNOW,,,
