It's so difficult to get in touch with these guys. I'm wondering if it worth the money. Every time i call no one answers.

Good Deal along with the TV with great support....

Took two appointments but they fixed my new Sony tv

I told the salesman the story of how my old TV broke - my kid (accidently) threw a riding bike (for toddlers) into it; he assured me that with this plan, if anything like that should happen again, simply bring the broken TV in and they will replace it (as well as if anything else might fail/break). This was last November (when I purchased a 43" Samsung). I told the same story to a different salesman, last February when I purchased a 75" Sony, who confirmed the same thing. Now: Samsung - both HDMI ports do not work; "nope, don't bring it in, call Samsung (and we can not schedule an appointment for you)." Sony: accidental damage (not from a bike this time); "that's not covered. We can send a tech out to look and see, in over three weeks time, but just so you know, we might need to cancel the appointment." For over twenty years of being a loyal customer and spending tens of thousands of dollars over these years, never once needing Geek Squad help, and this is what I am provided with? Not one, but two salesman lying to my face...save your money and don't buy this absolutley pointless protection plan.

What a nightmare dealing with Geek Squad to get my replacement TV delivered. BB uses a delivery partner -it's not Geek Squad - and I waited all day for the delivery, contacted Geek Squad for help "we can't contact the driver while they are out on deliveries" WHAT? On top of that Geek Squad had an old phone number on the account, in spite of my having corrected it, so when they did arrive they called the wrong number - then left saying I wasn't home!!! I am fit to be tied. I question Geek Squad's capabilities to manage their customers needs - they sure haven't done so for me.

This plan has great coverage for a very reasonable price.

Never buy a product without this in your purchase!

I haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for my 4K TV..

Just purchased the protection so I can not say if it is worth it. I think it would be a better buy if the protection started after the manufactures warranty I would recommend to a friend if they needed the extra piece of security that I think you are supposed to get

Got this again even tho they didnt cover the damage to my old tv for something that had been an issue since I bought it. This time tho I know they dont cover cracks even if there is no physical damage.

I returned my $300 5 year protection plan because the techs did not answer the phone and when they did they hung up. I went to the store because I sat on hold for 4 days waiting for call backs that happened, but then the agent hung up on me. This happened approximately a dozen times. I finally had to call a service to help me set up my $2000 worth of TV and Sound Bar. Ridiculous. No stars. Not happy. The appointments weren’t even available so that’s not even worth complaining about. I got my refund. I should have returned everything and gone elsewhere after that mess.

I usually don't buy warranties but I upgraded my tv, dvd (4k) player, etc and wanted to make sure I was covered. Granted I haven't had it to long but I feel like the warranty will go unused

I think the investment in this protection plan will be worth it.
