I think this cost too much for the amount of services offered.

Havnt had the need for it so can’t really judge them

I bought this item on July 8,2023 and scheduled for delivery on July 24 that was change by BB to the 28. When I received the range it was damaged. I spoke with Maria from costumer service and rescheduled a new range for August 8, once again BB change delivery date for the 14 and then again for the 26. Second deliver second range damage. Now 50 days sconce y bought my range and paid for it I don’t have a range or a posible day of delivery. Costumer Service where are you???? The rating is for CS…

Haven't had to utilize it yet but I have a 4 year old at home so I can't take any chances.

Bought this warranty for an LG 43" smart TV. Until the device is over 1 year old, Best Buy WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR TV!!! Best Buy will not even interact on the customer's behalf with the manufacturer! Read the fine print before buying this warrant!!

I usually dont purchase this but since it is a large purchase, I wanted the peace of mind.

The sales associate was misleading when it came to purchasing Geek Squad Protection. I specifically asked if this covered mishaps, such as falling and screen breaking etc. I was told yes and that is the main reason I purchased the protection plan. I had a mishap. The screen shattered. I contacted the service dept. I spoke with a really nice gal who set up my appointment. I asked her if the screen was covered and she said yes as well. I got to my appointment and the associate at the store refused to take the tv for service stating my protection plan does not cover a broken screen. So, there's $300 down the drain.

The service was informational only, obtained while in store.

Easy to set up. Nice, big clear screen. Fairly easy to use for first time smart tv buyer.

It’s took a month before the TV was replace. It took one week to come check it out

I bought insurance , and I had thought I covered all the bases most importantly “accidental damages physical”. Well no sooner do I buy my tv than I have an “accident” where the screen cracks. I go to the best buy where I bought the tv and am very disappointed to hear that there was nothing that could be done the insurance does NOT cover physical damage. I think the sales associates should have told me that when I bought the insurance or they could tell people buying TVs that there isn’t an insurance that covers damaged screens.

I always get the squad service. It’s quality tech.

Best buy just recently changed their protection plan. It will not fix or cover anything within the first year....even though I bought a 2 year warranty....they are telling me I have to reach out to the manufacturer. I just lost out on $1000.00

I had to have tv replaced before 5 years up, but you lose remaining warranty whenever replaced. Not really 5 year warranty then.

Every time I have ever had an issue, they have handled it.

Never had to use it, but in case I do...I have it!
