    When you need to use the warranty suddenly there is exclusions. Never buying warranty again....maybe the people selling it should team up with geek squad and get on the same page

    Not worth it. And over the 20 years that I've been shopping at Best Buy the protection plan has never been used anything that did die, was outside of the protection plan

    Expensive service. When i needed to use it they told me i was out of the warranty period by 2 days and would not even listen.
