You would be a fool to not buy the Geek Squad warranty protection plan it has saved me lots time and money. I buy it for every big electronic item I purchase from Best Buy. I have had a couple TV's replaced under the protection plan that would have cost me $$$ without the protection plan instead it cost me nothing.

A must have service. I would recommend setting up everything without it.

We had to use this on a TV we bought less than two years ago. What you need to know. This protection does not mean that you take it back to the store for replacement. Even, the customer service call center told us to do so. They will send someone to your home to ensure that the TV is actually broken. Then they will fix the TV, send you a new one, or issue an e-gift card. None of which will happen on the day it breaks. Their first available appointment for us was over a week out. I

I always purchase the protection plans for everything I buy at Best Buy. It is something that you can't go wrong with, I encourage you to purchase the plans. Plans are a savings and won't have any problems if at any chance that you have to return a product. So recommend the purchase of the plans. Happy shopping!

Ok, so Geek Squad is fantastic when it comes to tech support and setup. I've had to use it for my Shokz headphones when they stopped working and Best Buys Geek Squad took great care of my needs for replacement.

Toshiba 32" 720p TV for kitchen use. Excellent TV for our kitchen use. Easy Amazon Fire setup built into the set. Great and deep sound, brilliant picture. Overall TV is superior to the one that I am replacing. Great to add an Amazon Echo dot (v3). Great choice and I am very satisfied!

I have upgraded from a 32" the picture on the 48" looks about the same just on a way bigger scale. Its amazing! The only thing keeping me from the 5th star is the Netflix. When I first turn on my TV and I try to open Netflix it always says "loading getting stuff together try again later" it gets aggravating.Takes ten to fifteen minutes to get "ready", then an extra five to finally open by then I could have had my laptop running with the hdmi. With my old TV netfilx opened within a few seconds. But all in all happy with it.

I just got this TV today, so far, so perfect. I mostly use Netflix, Prime video occasionally. It’s got great picture and sound. It came quickly and came within three days of ordering. Very happy customer.

Love the option that has composite connections also TV is 4K 60 HZ and 1080p for 120 HZ

I really enjoy this new TV, so I am glad it is protected for 2 years. I figure, if it makes it for 2 years, it should last.

TV Died after 4 1/2 years and they quickly honored the protection plan and issued a gift card for the cost of the TV

Tv works great! Love the picture and quality. Remote can be confusing. And getting it in 4k mode. watch out for ontrac, Best Buy’s delivery service, they left my tv out in the rain… while it was raining….

I installed my TV I did not use the service they provided with geek squad. I have not used any of their services yet but I paid $200 for my purchase for my TV additional warranty if I was to get manufacturer warranty it would have been over 300 so this is worth it

The picture is amazing and has various modes depending on what your watching, the sounds is brilliant, clear and loud and even has a surround sound setting which is awesome, has all your favorite streaming apps, you can even get on the internet and you can even access your home from any screen
