The picture is amazing and has various modes depending on what your watching, the sounds is brilliant, clear and loud and even has a surround sound setting which is awesome, has all your favorite streaming apps, you can even get on the internet and you can even access your home from any screen

I bought a TV from best buy 2 years ago and recently had to replace it because the panel in the TV had a chip that was fried. I bought the 5 year warranty on it. Boy did it pay off. The not only refunded me the total cost of the TV they even refunded me the remainder of my warranty. It is truly worth it purchasing the GEEK SQUADE warranty plan. It will pay off.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I'm sure it will be a good service.

I don't buy very many of the extended warranties. With some items, I find it advantageous to do so. We bought a TV that was a model behind the current one. In doing the math - I found that the extended warranty was a good deal for the TV. If it cannot be fixed, they replace it with the recent comparable model. Be careful and do the math, and see if it is worth it to you.

The guy who came to my house was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the tv. He walked me through the process of exchanging my product and he returned a call when he arrived back to the store. I would recommend the geek squad to everyone

I love Geek Squad. My Smart TV got damaged during a power outage and they quickly came to my rescue, they opened the back and were able to easily replace the HDMI ports and have my Tv working perfectly again in a short time.

I am always skeptical of extended warranties and after paying $1700 for a TV I had to pull the trigger and boy am I glad I did. Our Sony developed vertical lines out of the blue. The Geek squad was out in 2 days and approved my refund/replacement on the spot.

I 've owed many samsung products this was my 2nd tv I am looking to upgrade to a newer model so as to cut the cable. I have no complaints just want to upgrade for more newer apps . I would recommend if this was still avail

Awesome picture and sound (with surround sound, Bluetooth headphones). Easy setup. Won't buy another brand. LG is it!

Im very happy with geek squad, but I would really hope they add accidental damage to their package. Granted there could be a deductible but accidental damage should be included.

Upgraded from a 3 year old Roku of similar size. This is a huge improvement in every way. Integrates perfectly with existing apps and Alexa. Great picture. Very pleased.

My 50” Samsung TV had issues with picture after only 2.5 years-Best Buy exchanged with a credit towards a new tv, after only asking me few questions on the return

I have never had a bad or negative experience in best buy. Awesome products and customer service! The online buying is very easy to navigate, even for an old guy like me!

Doesn’t really cover anything. And when I finally tried to use the coverage, an agent told me the issue was covered, then when I showed up at the store for my appointment, they informed me that it wasn’t covered. Several employees lied and went back and forth before a “supervisor” that I was finally able to talk to said they can’t do anything for me and basically they’re not liable that an employee lied to me. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have had my 55" Samsung Smart TV for over 4 years now. I bought the 5 year warranty but I have never had a problem. That is probably why. LOL Great TV/ I just now bought another one from Best Buy for a bedroom. Thanks Best Buy!

Had this amazing tv for 3 years didn’t have an issue with it works like wonders & the picture quality is amazing & the geek squad has always been on my side love them fast & accurate
