This TV is great, the mount it came with did not articulate so I ordered a separate one. But besides that, no complaints.

My mother-in-law leaves her TV on all the time so I know this coverage plan will most likely be utilized. Plan was issued in my name since I purchased it as a gift, but process to transfer plan was very easy (simple phone call)

Thanks to Best Buy and Geek Squad Protection for this wonderful warranty Option. I felt it is expensive but i feel it isworth when compared to the piece of mind i had after buying is warranty for my product which is expensive.

I purchased the geek squad protection plan when i bought a new tv. I usually don't warranty plans to major purchases because I like to save money but since i don't like to waste it either i thought better safe than sorry!!

I always get these Geek Squad service protections because Best Buy does a good job honoring their service agreements and does not try to get out of them with stupid technicalities.

Totally worth it. Our TV died after a year and we got it replaced for free. Bonus they took the old tv for us.

I recommend this warranty it has come in handy in the past. They come out if there is a problem , fix it or get you a new tv. Hassle free. With all of the updates with technology, i think it is a smart idea. Great price .

I feel $530 is a sweet deal for a 70" 4K UHD LED Smart TV. Very happy with it so far. Tune to natural picture and amplify sound settings and you are good to go!

I have a five year warranty on my tv and the technician that came out said I broke my tv by squeezing the screen and when I explained it was the Geek Squad that installed it I couldn’t of broken the screen he didn’t want to hear anything I said and left without replacing my television that messed up while I was watching it nothing hit the screen there is no cracks on the screen but it’s my fault andi am screwed out of my warranty.

I ordered a 32 in tv. The item I purchased was smaller than what I know a 32-inch tv to be. After reading the description I realized the Tv was a 32 inch diagonally, which didn't make sense to me because we don't view TV diagonally. The description and size were very misleading to customers that doesn't know much about TVs. I wouldn't order anything else from best buy. They are very careless, and they don't pay attention to detail. The delivery person had to call to get the apartment number to deliver the tv because it was omitted from the label. Upon receiving the Tv there was another sticker on it with someone else's name on it. The delivery person said he didn't know why it was there. I called Best Buy and he put in a replacement order because I thought it was a mistake and they put the wrong tv in the box. The same tv came. The tv is smaller than the 32 inch I already have. They made the delivery pickup for UPS to pick up the first tv package and didn't put the apartment number on that either after I repeated the address and apartment number several times. I had to call UPS and that when I found out the reason why the tv hadn't been picked up. This over all experience has been a headache and disaster and I will think several times before I order any electronics from here again, especially online.

Worth every penny! Bought new TV after previous TV went out after 4 years. Had 5 year extended warranty and received full price due to having this coverage!

With every big ticket item I buy, I make sure to snag a protection plan. Best Buy has time and time again taken care of me when things have broken, and although nothings happened yet, it's best knowing this is there.
