I was happy with the price of the Protection Plan for a 5 Year Term. I hope I don't need it but I feel comfortable with having it.

This is great when you need it and if you no longer have the product and haven't used it you can return the plan. My beef is that if you have a defective product that is still under warranty from the manufacturer and use the manufacturer warranty because best buy wants to charge $100 to replace it then you run into issues with the product when you need to use the warranty.

The Best Buy extended warranty is such a great deal and piece of mind...had to use one last year and made it so easy to deal with

When purchasing a TV, I figure it's better to spend the little bit of extra money for the peace of mind. I haven't had to use it yet for my TV, but it has saved me in the past when buying a PC.

Going on four years with this hdtv & its still working perfect!

I haven't had to use the warranty but it's a great piece of mind knowing I have it in place. Cost less than just a service call.

Ig you are getting any of the newer Tv's and spending anything over $350.00 it pays to get the warranty coverage. Most issues seem to happen right after the manufacturer warranty expires.

I’m really disappointed in Samsung, the sound on this device sounds like listening to a video on your phone. I want to return this product but my husband doesn’t want to. I guess you get what you pay for.

Can't beat this tv for brand quality and feature when it comes to price. Plenty of inputs for a basics tv nice sleek design.

TV is great, best buy service was great, but the Tizen interface is pure garbage if you don't use the standard apps. I bought the tv, I should be able to choose the apps installed on the TV I bought and paid for, but Samsung won't allow a delete unless in dev mode, and it will reinstall on its own. Had I known I wouldn't have bought it.

Honestly wish I can saw better, I have 2 4k tvs now and with this one it’s hard for me to connect to the internet without me having to move my entire router in that room. Also moves very slow when you finish all your updates and downloads after receiving it.

Wish i had my 400$ 55" visio from 2015 back. First thing, the samsung has great sound and looks really good. Bought it for the new xbox and im happy about that. On occasions, tv main menu wont let me pick an input or app and I have to restart it or sometimes unplug it from the wall. Ive had times where it wont even shut off. Also, some apps fail to load. Overall, sight and sound is great. Functionality... has me frustrated when I paid $1700

These guys are so helpful with everything. Called for computer and TV questions and got simple - layman's term response.
