When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one
