my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

The Geek Squad warranty is the bomb. It can cover up to 5 years, then replace it effortlessly if needed.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

Being that I have had on TV hit by lightning and a burnt ends on an old lady it I prefer to use Geek Squad affordable cars if they cannot fix it they will replace it or you will get your money back with no problems has been my experience using them

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

Usable and easy to apply it to get the help that you need. Just remember that it is concurrent with a manufacturer warranty.

I have not used it for this purchase. However, I have used Geek Squad before. A very good service.

I always get the 5 year insurance on my large tv purchases. These newer TV's are like computers. Never had a problem with my Sony tv but if I'm dropping 3 grand, I need some assurance it won't just randomly die and then I need to get another one.

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied
