Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

There good ever item i purchase i added Geek Squad any time i had a problem with item never had problem with them fixing my issues

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.

We purchase Geek Squad for all our electronics, both big and small. This coverage has come in handy more than once and the associates are always very helpful and understanding. Also, if they cannot fix it, your item is replaced! You can't beat that!

I get excellent service from the Geek Squad whether it's setting up a TV or computer equipment. They're very knowledgeable and very patient with questions. I always renew my coverage since I trust them completely to do a great job.

Purched the agreement for my television incase something happens to it. 1st ever sony television i have purchased and wanted the extra protection for piece of mind!!

if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

It was good quality and service is good , order delivered on time

I had the Geek Squad protection for several years and only had to call on them 2-3 times. They were efficient and straightened out the issues over the phone and through my computer. It was nice to have someone who knew how to fix the issues without having to take my computer to the store.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

Don’t risk it. When you buy a TV most of us expect to have them for multiple years because it’s an investment. Get the warranty and protect yourself for the future of your TV especially if you’re buying OLED because it covers Burn In.

Have yet to need a replacement or help with setup but I appreciate the option

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

I purchased the insurance when i Purchased my daughter tv. Her tv inexplicably got a very thin green line on the screen. I called geek squad and set an appointment to take in the tv. They gave us a new. Painless and quick exchange.

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.
