My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

Absolutely worth it if you purchase an OLED TV. One of the few warranties that covers OLED burn in, which is still a thing and well worth protection on an LG CX OLED.

The agents did a great job mounting the tv and informing me too how to hook up my sound bar quick fast and easy

I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

My TV is so awesome! I love the apps, the picture, the sound quality an I got a great price for the size (65')

I will not purchase any other protection plan other than this. With geek squad I can enjoy my purchases.

I don’t often by service or insurance but once in a while with specific products and needs, it’s a good idea and can be worth the money.

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.

Purchase the Geek Squad protection service as an insurance policy for my 75" TV... just in case something would go wrong as it's mounted on my den wall. There is nothing like having insurance when buying a extra large TV that's mounter of the wall.

I just love Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan. I never have a hassle when needing to return something. I don't even have to have the receipt. They just look-up my phone number and find everything they need.

Easy and quick response time. Very efficient. Great and understanding customer service. Will fix or suggest a replacement if it can’t be fixed.
