Boughtbthe orotection because TV was an open box and I liked the service they offer. They will go to your house to fix the item and replace if they can't fix. Haven't used it yet but that is what they say.

Best in buying any expensive item Always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. You will always have peace of mind instead of having to rebuy a item. Highly recommend

Well, I figured I better purchase the 2 Year Protection Plan for my New TV just Incase. I know I have had issues and problems with this type of Protection Plan Before on Different TV’s and items from Best Buy but I guess it really comes down to the peace of mind.

All Best buy geek squad protection plans are a good buy. The logistics can be messed up sometimes but they get the job done and the repairman are awesome.

Purchased the 5 year warranty for my new TV. Used the service on my old TV and they replaced it with a brand new TV. Couldn’t be happier.

I always purchase the protection for the geek squad. Why not have that peace of mind when purchasing big ticket items for just a few dollars more. Its better than having to go out and replace it at full price!

Glad I got the protection because I blew a fuse about a month after getting it and it got fixed fairly fast.
