They have given us (7!!!!!!) different appointment times for someone to come to our house and today makes 4 no shows for someone to repair, they say we can’t bring the 75in to the store because it’s over the 42in limit….. do not waste your money on the warranty because Best Buy DOES NOT fulfill it. We have talked to store managers, geek squad, repair guys, worst experience ever when it comes to fixing our crap
