This was a worthwhile purchase for a 5 year protection plan, especially since the last TV we bought in this price range died after 1 year (just after the factory warranty expired).

I always buy the protection plans for bigger ticket items. I had a TV go out on me, and I was given a store credit to use towards the purchase of a brand new one.... 3 years later!

Some items don't require protections, but when in doubt you will not have a problem getting your item replaced or fixed with it.

I purchased a Samsung Q80T television and decided that this was a good idea. Hopefully I never have to use it…..

I will never buy a tv without a warranty, I made that mistake and after 3 years it isn't working so to me it a no brainer for a OLED.

I'm sure excellent will be provided when the time comes.

I have used the Geek squad more than once. They installed our TV mounted on the wall and were very professional. Answered all questions. Cleaned after themselves

I have not had a situation when they are needed. This is a great insurance policy that keeps me relaxed knowing its available

The protection I've purchased were kind of steep but it was all worth it.

love the geek squad. don't know what I would do without them! always there when I need them, kind, courteous and patient with someone who is not very tech savvy.

The price was reasonable for everything that comes with the protection plan. You never know when you might need help with different issues including viruses.

Great burn in protection, worth it for burn in protection!

The bar is everything and more. It sounds great when you play movies and it really gives you that theater sound!!!!!!!!!!

My dealings with the Geek Squad Sservices has been nothing but stelar. What some tend to forget it is ONLY for 2 years and after that, you're on your own.

I have always purchased the geek Squad warranties and they pay off. Purchased a TV that stopped working and got all but 50$ back on the original purchase price

My sister and I were able to easily set up the TV with no problems. Not normally impressed with "techie" things, she was blown away when she saw the picture. Everything is great so far.

I love best buy. I use them alot and always protect my electronics with the geek squad warranty. Always quick to fix or replace.

I am glad to have purchased this because it helps me to reassure myself that my item will be okay for the years it covers.
